Responsible

• Be responsible for the day to day running of the SP Operations Team's general administration and activities, including office administration, contracts, on-site equipment preparation, documentations, and other administrative assignments as instructed
• Coordinate with the Headquarters' HR and SP recruitermnet team to make sure all relevant HR issues and recruit documents and process are complete
• Answer queries from clients and provide them wiht initial information, also referring them to proper contact points within which they can obtain further information
• Prepare and sisperes mail to the team's internal and external customers in a timely manner.
• Ensure that the Finance and Accounting Department and Security Personnel Department - invoicing, quotation, account payable and account receivable - are made aware of all adjustments to agreed contracts between clients and the Company
• Prepare weekly/monthly reports (Operation's report, ISO, etc) as assigned by the Operation Manager
• The position is accountable for implementing assigned responsibilities and activities to attain ISO goals and objectives
• The position is accountable for strictly complying with the Code of Ethics
